Indaria Jones is Founder and CEO of The Creators Lounge. In this role she is responsible for the overall operations and and strategic vision of the co-working space. A business developer by training, Indaria founded the company after identifying the need for a diverse space that addressed the business needs and social interest for creative professionals.

She also works in Economic Development for the City of Syracuse to preserve and enhance neighborhoods and commercial centers by administering federal, state and local funding programs, engaging with and providing support to encourage development and economic growth and leveraging resources to create thriving neighborhoods and business districts throughout the city.

Indaria is a brand strategist, experienced marketer with a demonstrated history of working in business development for start ups like Blue Chick Restaurant and Lounge to National non-profit organizations such as 100 Black Men Incorporated. Skilled in National Project Management, Strategic Marketing, Economic Development, Cross-functional Team Leadership, and Creative Strategy.

In 2018, she was announced the youngest 40underForty Winner by M&T Bank and CNY Business Journal and nominated Minority Business of the Year by Centerstate CEO. In 2019, she received the New York State Senate, 2019 Commendation Award from Senator Rachael May.
